Shipping & Returns

DISPATCHING YOUR ORDER

We want you to get your brand new Urban Classics gear as soon as possible. That's why we aim to dispatch all orders placed before 12pm (AEST) on the same day, and any orders placed after this time by the next business day. Please note that during peak promotional periods, there can be delays on the dispatch date due to high volumes of orders.

All products are warehoused on the Northern Beaches in Sydney, Australia. The packing and dispatching of your item(s) are done with great care by our Urban Classics Australia team.

The majority of our orders are delivered by Australia post. From time to time, we may use a courier service if necessary. Once dispatched, Australia Post will notify you that your order is on its way.

 

SHIPPING WITHIN AUSTRALIA

Enjoy free standard shipping on all orders over the value of $100.00. For orders under this value, our standard shipping rate is $10.00. The estimated time for delivery is 2 - 6 business days from day of dispatch.

For express post, our express shipping rate is $15.00. The estimated time of delivery is 1 - 4 business days from day of dispatch.

Please note that there may be delays in peak promotional times due to the high volumes of orders and for customers living outside of city regions.

Orders are fully trackable once shipped and may require a signature upon delivery.

 

SHIPPING TO NEW ZEALAND

We are excited to be offering shipping to New Zealand from 2023. All orders over AUD$150.00 are eligible for free Aus Post Express shipping. The estimated time of delivery is 5 - 10 business days from day of dispatch. For orders under AUD$150.00, our Aus Post Express shipping rate is AUD$25.00.

Orders are fully trackable once shipped and may require a signature upon delivery.

 

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We want you to be satisfied with your items, that's why we offer a store credit or exchange for change-of-mind purchases. If you are wanting to return your item for a store credit or exchange please email info@urbanclassics.com.au.

Please note, the return and exchange process must be started within 14 days from the delivery of your order. We do not offer refunds unless the purchase is damaged or faulty upon delivery.

Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging to be approved for a return. Swimwear and underwear are not eligible for return due to hygiene reasons. 

We do not accept returned items that:

Have been worn

Have tags removed

Are damaged by user

Are not in original packaging

 SALE ITEMS 

There are strictly no returns, exchanges or refunds on sale items unless the product is damaged or faulty.

 

FAULTY ITEMS

If you have received a faulty or damaged item, please contact info@urbanclassics.com.au and include detailed images of the fault. Once the item is deemed faulty by our returns team, we will get in contact to discuss the next steps.
