SHIPPING

All products are warehoused in Sydney, Australia and the delivery of your product/s is done with great care by the Urban Classics Australia team.
The majority of our orders are delivered by Australia post. From time to time we may use a courier service if neccessary.   

FREE SHIPPING :-)

Any orders placed before 12pm (Monday-Friday) will be dispatched out of our warehouse and handed to Australia Post on the same day.
Any orders after 12pm, will be handed to Australia Post the following day. 
Once with Australia Post, it can take between 3-5 business days.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES 

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are unhappy for any reason, we will gladly accept your return. Full priced items can be returned within 30 days of arrival for a return or exchange. Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached.

ONLINE RETURNS

In order to return a product purchased on www.urbanclassics.com.au for an exchange or refund, please email info@urbanclassics.com.au or call (02) 9938 1824. You will then be directed on the best way to return your product/s.
Once contacted, and an exchange/refund is approved, customers are responsible for shipping & handling charges for posting items back to us. 
We will credit your original method of payment, excluding shipping charges and GST on shipping charges (unless goods are defective or not as ordered). Please allow up to 7 days for your item to be processed.

EXCHANGES

If you would like to make an exchange, please email info@urbanclassics.com.au or call (02) 9938 1824. You will then be directed on the best way to return your product/s for a refund, store credit or exchange.

SALE ITEMS

We do not refund on sale items or discounted items during promotional periods (unless faulty), so please choose carefully. We will happily exchange the item for something of the same value.

FAULTY ITEMS

Please contact our customer service team at info@urbanclassics.com.au or call (02) 9938 1824 if you have encountered a faulty item. Please include clear photos of the damaged product and proof of purchase.
If your item is deemed faulty, Urban Classics will do its best to replace it with the exact same item, or issue a refund. Urban Classics will provide you with a return shipment label if the item is deemed faulty.
Please note all faulty items purchased outside of UrbanClassics.com.au must be reported and returned to the same store. This is due to different returns and faulty procedures policies throughout the wholesale store network.

AMENDING YOUR ORDER

Once your order is placed through www.urbanclassics.com.au, you may still be able to change it. Please contact info@urbanclassics.com.au ASAP so we can make every effort to help amend your order. Unfortunately this is guided by timing and there are no guarantees.
